I slice plenty of frozen sirloin roast for salads and cheesesteaks. Works even higher on cooked lunch meats. Remember to not go to quick it's a small dwelling slicer. The gears are plastic and ya don't want to strip em. The handiest downfall is after you smooth it when it's time to put the blade again in situation you need to first put the nylon float for the blade again in. This has a tendancy to no lengthyer stay in location while changing blade. I just use a couple small pieces of scotch tape to hold it.
